Pink Demi Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your Pink Demi purchase! Please read our returns policy below before making your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at pinkdemi.scrubs@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer a full refund or replacement, where available.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

If you have simply changed your mind about your purchase we are happy to offer store credit, provided the item meets our return requirements.

Sizing Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange if you have selected the incorrect size.

If your requested size is available, we will arrange an exchange. If the requested size is out of stock, you will receive store credit instead.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return or sizing exchange, items must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
  • Be in their original condition
  • Be unworn and unwashed
  • Have no makeup, perfume, deodorant, stains, pet hair or other marks
  • Be returned with original packaging and tags where applicable

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please contact us at pinkdemi.scrubs@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns and sizing exchanges is the customer’s responsibility.

Pink Demi reserves the right to assess returned items and decline a return if the item does not meet the requirements above.
